Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for the design and direction of the Quality Management System (QMS) and conformance to QMS standards ensuring the quality and consistency of the company's products. The position is also responsible for complying with customer quality system requirements and actively keeps abreast of quality programs, systems, trends and tools that could be useful. This position provides work direction for Quality Assurance Technicians and Document Control Coordinators.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in specialized area of study; experienced in quality management system design and use
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to implement quality tools: Pareto, SPC, control charts, FMEA, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills to present to customers
  • Able to work in a team environment, and effectively manage associates
  • Strong MS Office and ERP systems knowledge
  • Commitment to quality work and continuous improvement activities

Line Operator Trainee

The Line Operator Trainee will be responsible for running two lines while undergoing training on additional equipment in the department. They will also be required to anticipate job changes and assist line operators and technicians at change over with stringing the line, pulling plastic and other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read production schedule, work order and work procedures in English

  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Capable of stringing an extrusion or contour line

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of plastic extrusion manufacturing equipment required to wash scrap plastic wrap, extrude plastic resins, blow film, fold sheeting, punch, and wind finished products into plastic film and bags. This Maintenance Technician will perform equipment repairs as requested and prioritized by management, working on PLCs, and recording all work activities in work order module of the computerized maintenance management system. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and plant facility's electrical systems and controls for the manufacturing process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 Year Technical Degree and/or 5 years industrial manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
  • Mechanical, electrical, blue print reading, hydraulic, pneumatics, arc welding
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance
